Refund My 699 On My Gcash

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized subscription charge of ₱699 made by “Hong Kong Vcrea / Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” to my GCash account. On October 17, 2026 at around 6:20 PM, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash balance showing as a subscription-type payment, even though I never subscribed to any of their services nor did I authorize this transaction. I did not receive any clear consent request, OTP, or confirmation that I was entering into a recurring subscription, and I was not informed that my GCash account would be charged ₱699. This charge came as a surprise to me because I did not knowingly agree to any subscription with this merchant. Through this complaint, I am respectfully requesting a full refund of the unauthorized ₱699 charge to my GCash account, the immediate and permanent cancellation of any subscription that may have been created under my name or account, and the blocking of any future payments or automatic deductions from Hong Kong Vcrea / Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible so that similar unauthorized charges do not happen again.
