Unauthorized Transaction On My Gcash Account

I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction made through my GCash account to “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” in the amount of 699.00, dated today, 7 September 2026, at around 4:03 pm. I did not initiate, approve, or knowingly authorize this payment, and I only became aware of it when I received a notification from GCash about the transaction. This situation is very concerning for me, as it suggests that my GCash account has been used without my knowledge. I have no connection with Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, I did not subscribe to any of their services, and I did not link my GCash account to them intentionally. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this unauthorized 699.00 transaction, refund the full amount to my GCash balance, and permanently unlink or block any connection between my GCash account and Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited so that this cannot happen again. I also ask you to secure my account and inform me of any additional steps I should take to protect it.
