I Noticed Unauthorized Transactions In My GCash Account

I am a student in the Philippines and I am writing because 699 pesos was taken from my GCash account by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED on October 22, 2026 at around 11:00 PM. I did not knowingly use any AI creation service from this company and I do not know why this payment was made or for what purpose. This money is very important for me because I need it for my studies and my daily needs, and losing it has affected me deeply. I could not find any way to contact the company or reach proper customer support, which makes me feel that I have been scammed. I request that the 699 pesos be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible and that this transaction be investigated so that similar unauthorized deductions do not happen again.
