Payment Refund on Sudden Payment

I am a GCash user and I recently experienced an unauthorized transaction on my account that I did not approve or recognize. On October 13, 2026 at 6:01 PM, an amount of 699 pesos was charged to my GCash account with the description related to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I did not make this payment, did not give my consent for it, and have no knowledge of any service or subscription connected to this charge. I am just a student and this 699 pesos is part of my budget for my daily expenses, so this loss affects me significantly. When I checked the transaction and realized it was not mine, I contacted support and was informed that I needed to reach you regarding this issue. I kindly request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that the 699 pesos be refunded to my GCash account. I also ask that any related service or possible subscription connected to this merchant be canceled and that my account be secured so that similar unauthorized charges do not happen again.
