Complaint About The 699 Deducted From Gcash Without My Authorization

On September 24, 2026 at around 5:00 PM, 699 pesos were taken from my GCash balance for a transaction to “HONGKONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” that I did not authorize and do not recognize. This is an unknown transaction, and this 699 pesos was the only money I had in my account. After seeing the deduction, I contacted GCash support and was told that this merchant is “linked” to my account, even though I never linked or authorized this merchant in any way. I did not subscribe, sign up, or knowingly approve any payment to this company. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 pesos taken from my GCash account and a thorough investigation into how this merchant was able to charge my account without my consent. I also ask that this merchant be blocked from charging my account again so that I and other users will not become victims of similar unauthorized transactions in the future.
