Unauthorized Deduction To My Gcash Account

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account made by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED on September 26, 2026 in the amount of 699 pesos. I did not knowingly authorize this transaction and only noticed it when I checked my GCash balance. This is the first time such a deduction has happened on my account. The money that was taken is very important to me because it is intended for my studies and my daily expenses, and it is the last money I have available at the moment. I kindly request that this transaction be investigated as an unauthorized charge and that the amount of 699 pesos be fully refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible.
