Gcash Unauthorized Transaction

On October 13, 2026, 699.00 PHP was taken from my GCash account for a payment to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED / HONG KONG VCREA” without my clear knowledge or consent. I only learned about this transaction from the GCash message, and I did not receive any product, subscription, or service in return. I tried to get help through the GCash in‑app help center, but it did not provide any useful solution and I still do not understand why or how this payment was processed. This amount is extremely important to me because today is the last day to pay for my school requirement, and I had already prepared to go to school and pay when this unexpected deduction happened. I also need this money for my school requirements, including pinning on research and my uniform for OJT. I urgently request that this transaction be investigated immediately and that the full amount of 699.00 PHP be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible so I can meet my school deadlines.
