Requesting Refund About Unauthorized Transaction

I am writing to complain about an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account made by “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” on October 7, 2026 at around 9:04 a.m. The amount taken was ₱699. I have never knowingly subscribed to or authorized any service, app, or website connected to this company, and I do not know what this charge is for. The money that was deducted was not even mine, which makes this situation even more distressing. I contacted GCash support about this transaction, but instead of assisting me in reversing the charge or guiding me clearly on how to get my money back, they only told me to report the issue and did not provide any real help or solution. I also do not know how to reach HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED directly to request a refund. I am requesting a full refund of the ₱699 that was taken without my authorization. In addition, I want my GCash account to be properly protected so this does not happen again, including blocking any future unauthorized deductions or subscriptions from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or similar merchants. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and I ask to be clearly informed about the result of this complaint.
