GCash Unauthorized Charge by Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited

On September 19, 2026, an amount of ₱699.00 was deducted from my GCash account under the name “Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my authorization. I did not approve this transaction, have not entered into any subscription or agreement with this company, and I am not aware of having registered on any of their platforms. I have a screenshot of the transaction details clearly showing the merchant name, the amount of ₱699.00 and the date of September 19, 2026, which demonstrates that this payment was processed without my consent. For reference, the deduction was made from my GCash account associated with the identifier ending in 3094. I consider this an unauthorized and unjustified charge. I respectfully request that the full amount of ₱699.00 be refunded to my GCash account as soon as possible and that Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited be permanently blocked from charging or debiting my account again in the future. I also request written confirmation once the refund has been processed and the merchant has been successfully blocked from any further debits. I expect this issue to be handled urgently, and I am ready to provide any additional information or documents reasonably required to complete the investigation and refund process.
