Unexpected GCash Deduction by Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited
On September 16, 2026, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash balance by Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited without my knowledge or clear consent. I did not intentionally subscribe to any service, and I was not properly informed that an amount of ₱699 would be taken from my account. I later saw this unknown transaction in my GCash and I was surprised because I do not recognize any valid purchase or subscription corresponding to this deduction. In my GCash transaction details, it clearly appears as a ₱699 payment to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited, even though I did not knowingly approve such a charge. I also opened a ticket with GCash support regarding this unauthorized deduction and I have a GCash ticket receipt for my report, but I have not received any clear or satisfactory resolution from them. I request that this unauthorized ₱699 deduction be investigated in detail, that my money be refunded to my GCash balance, and that any subscription or service linked to Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited under my name or number be cancelled so that no further deductions will happen without my clear permission.
