Gcash Unauthorized Transaction — Refund Request ₱699.00
I am writing to urgently report an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account made by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and to formally request a full refund. On October 6, 2026, I was only checking my GCash balance after a friend paid a debt, and I noticed a payment of ₱699.00 to Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited that I did not authorize. Before this deduction, I had never registered, subscribed, or purchased anything from this company. I did not give any consent for this transaction, did not receive any OTP, and did not subscribe to any service related to this merchant, which makes the deduction clearly unauthorized. The money in my GCash account was reserved for my studies and was the last money I had at that moment, so this incident is causing me serious stress and financial difficulty. For these reasons, I am requesting the following: a full and immediate refund of the unauthorized ₱699.00 charge, the permanent blocking of any future charges from Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited to my GCash account, and a clear written explanation of how this transaction was able to proceed without my consent and without any OTP. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction as evidence and kindly ask that my case be treated as urgent and resolved as soon as possible, as this amount is very important for my education.
