GCash Failed to Prevent an Unapproved Automatic Payment

I recently discovered an unauthorized auto debit of 699.00 from my GCash account made to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I did not knowingly subscribe to any of their services or authorize any recurring payment to this company. This unexpected deduction has caused me inconvenience and concern about the security of my GCash funds. I want to clearly state that I do not want any service or subscription from this company and I do not accept any future charges. I kindly request a full refund of the 699.00 that was taken from my GCash account and the immediate cancellation of any existing subscription or auto debit linked to my number or account information so that no further amounts will be deducted without my clear consent.
