I recently discovered an unauthorized deduction of 699.00 from my GCash balance made to HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. According to my GCash transaction history, this payment was processed on October 18, 2026 at around 10:00 a.m., even though I did not make, approve, or recognize any transaction with this merchant.
