Hong Kong Vcreation Unauthorized Transaction: Request for Refund

I am writing to complain about an unauthorized transaction taken from my GCash wallet. On 24 October 2026, an amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash and sent to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” even though I did not make or approve any such payment and I have no knowledge about this company or any service from them. I did not use any app, website, or service that should be paid this 699.00, and I did not give permission for this charge. I consider this a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction and I am very upset that my money was taken without my consent. I request that the full amount of 699.00 be refunded to my GCash wallet and that any future payments or subscriptions related to “HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED” be blocked so that this does not happen again.
