GCash Unauthorized Auto Debit by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED

I am writing regarding an unauthorized auto debit made from my GCash account by HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. On October 25, 2026, an amount of 699.00 was deducted from my GCash with merchant transaction number AD2114357017891012608, even though I have never subscribed, clicked any link, or approved any payment to this merchant. I did not authorize this transaction in any way and I have no prior relationship, subscription, or agreement with HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. This appears to be an unauthorized or fraudulent charge taken from my GCash balance without my consent. I request that the full amount of 699.00 be refunded to my GCash account and that this merchant be blocked from charging my account again in the future. I also ask that this incident be investigated so that similar unauthorized deductions do not happen again, either to me or to other users. I am attaching the transaction screenshot as evidence and kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution.
