Gcash Account On Hold

My GCash account has been placed on hold since October 17 and I have not been informed of any reason for this. When I try to use my account, I cannot access my funds or make any transactions, and the app just shows that my account is on hold. I have already tried to contact GCash support but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very urgent for me because I need to access my GCash account to pay my GLoan, and the due date for this payment is October 22. If I cannot open my account before this date, I may incur penalties or additional charges through no fault of my own. I kindly request that my GCash account be reviewed urgently, the hold be lifted immediately, and that I be allowed to pay my GLoan on time. I also request a clear explanation of why my account was put on hold so that this does not happen again in the future.
