GCash Payment Deducted But Order Not Processed Or Released
On January 17, 2026, I tried to pay for my order at a fast-food self-service kiosk using the GCash app. The payment was successfully deducted from my balance, but the kiosk did not process or release my meal at all. There was no confirmation, no receipt, and no food. Since I only had enough money for that one meal, I was left hungry and embarrassed, with no immediate way to reorder. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, and the money was already gone. I am requesting an immediate refund and a clear explanation of why this failed so it does not happen to other users.
