GCash Put My ₱40,000 on Hold and Won’t Release My Funds
I am writing regarding my GCash account, where money I received has been placed on hold right after I log in, after entering my password. This issue started on May 20, 2026, and since then my balance has remained on hold without being released. The amount currently on hold is ₱40,000, which I urgently need for my child’s school enrollment. After noticing that my funds were on hold, I contacted GCash support, received a ticket, and submitted all the documents and information that were requested from me. Despite complying with these requirements, my ₱40,000 is still not accessible and I have not received a clear resolution. I kindly request that my ₱40,000 be refunded or released immediately, as this money is very important for my child’s enrollment expenses. I also ask for a clear explanation as to why my account balance was placed on hold for this long despite my submission of the required documents.
