GCash Account on Hold Since June Despite Completed Verification

My GCash account has been on hold since June, and despite following their instructions, the issue remains unresolved. When I try to use my account, I am required to submit documents and go through verification steps, but even after doing this, my account is still restricted and I cannot properly use the service. I currently have more than PHP 500 stuck in my GCash wallet and cannot access or use this money. I have already submitted the requested documents, yet GCash keeps making the process more complicated by repeatedly asking me to submit tickets and follow a bunch of additional, unnecessary steps, instead of providing a clear resolution. This situation has been ongoing for months and is very frustrating because I have complied with their requirements but still do not regain normal access to my account. I request that my account be properly reviewed without further unnecessary steps, that the hold be lifted as soon as possible, and that I be given full access to my funds and services, or alternatively that my money be released to me immediately. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was placed on hold for such a long time despite my cooperation.
