Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Deduction By HONG KONG VCREA

I am writing to report an unauthorized deduction from my GCash balance made in favor of HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. On October 22 at around 10:16 PM, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash account without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I did not initiate any transaction with HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, nor did I subscribe to any service or approve any payment to this merchant. The transaction only appeared in my GCash history after the amount was already taken from my balance. I request a 100% refund of the unauthorized ₱699 transaction and the immediate investigation of how this payment was processed without my approval. I also ask that any possible recurring or future charges from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED to my GCash account be blocked to prevent this from happening again. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my money to be returned to my GCash balance as soon as possible.
