Unauthorized 699 Pesos Charge
On September 24 at around 3:06 a.m., an unauthorized transaction of 699 pesos was charged to my GCash account in favor of HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. I did not knowingly authorize or approve this transaction and I have no clear agreement or ongoing subscription with this company that would justify this charge. After noticing the deduction, I immediately contacted GCash support. They checked the transaction and informed me that, for a refund, I need to directly request it from HONG KONG VCREATION CLOUD TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, which is why I am filing this complaint here. I request a full refund of the 699 pesos, a clear explanation of how this transaction was made under my account without my explicit consent, and assurance that no further charges will be made to my GCash or any of my payment methods in the future.
