Charges From Hong Kong VCrea

I am writing regarding two payments of P699.00 each made from my GCash account to “Hong Kong VCrea” one last month and one today, both of which were successfully processed but for which I did not receive what I expected. I have an SMS confirmation for at least one of these payments, which clearly shows that the transaction was completed, yet my GCash balance and account do not reflect any corresponding service or proper handling of these amounts. Despite the payments going through, I did not receive the expected result in my GCash account, and there has been no clear explanation or resolution. This situation has now happened twice, which is extremely frustrating and makes me feel unsafe using this service. I request that the total amount charged, P1,398.00, be fully refunded to me as soon as possible and that this issue be investigated so similar unauthorized or unresolved charges do not happen again.
