Unauthorized P699 Charge From Hong Kong VCrea and Refund Request

I am writing to raise an urgent dispute regarding an unauthorized GCash wallet payment charged to my account by “Hong Kong VCrea / Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited.” According to my GCash transaction history, an amount of P699.00 was charged on October 6, 2026 at 7:59:51 PM under Reference No. 848945799. I did not make, authorize, or consent to this payment, and I have no knowledge or prior dealings with this merchant. I have never shared my PIN, OTP, or login details with anyone, and my phone has been in my possession. I noticed this transaction around 45 minutes ago. I request that you immediately investigate this transaction and process a full refund of the P699.00 to my GCash account. In addition to the full refund, I am also requesting compensation for the stress, inconvenience, and additional problems caused by this unauthorized transaction and by the actions of this Hongkong vcrea platform. Furthermore, I request that you block any further payments to this merchant, secure my GCash account, and, if necessary, perform any additional security actions needed to prevent similar incidents in the future. Please also send me a written acknowledgment of this complaint together with a formal case or ticket number so I can track the progress of the investigation. I am ready to provide screenshots of the transaction notification and any other information you may require to resolve this matter. I expect this issue to be treated as urgent and handled as a formal dispute of an unauthorized transaction.
