Unauthorised Charges To My Gcash
On September 16, at around 6:00 pm, an amount of 699 Philippine pesos was charged from my GCash account for a payment described as “HONG KONG VCREA.” I have never subscribed to any app, service, or product from this merchant and did not authorize this transaction in any way. This charge is completely unauthorized, and I am very concerned about the security of my GCash account. I request that this transaction be investigated as an unauthorized payment and that the full amount of 699 pesos be refunded to my account as soon as possible. In addition, I ask that you block Hong Kong Vcrea and any similar future unauthorized charges on my GCash account, and inform me of any security steps I need to take to keep my account safe.
