Garnier Micellar Water Failed to Remove Waterproof Mascara

I purchased Garnier Skin Naturals Micellar Cleansing Water (All-in-One, Perfect Makeup Remover) today, specifically to remove my waterproof mascara. There was a buy-one-get-one-free promotion at checkout, so I bought two bottles and paid approximately $7 in total. However, when I used the product, it did not remove my waterproof mascara at all. In fact, I would have gotten better results using a regular tissue.

I used the product for the first time today, and not only was I completely dissatisfied with its performance, but I also felt a burning sensation on my skin. Unfortunately, I accidentally threw away the receipt, so I am now left with two unusable products and money that I feel was wasted. I have not yet contacted Garnier or the store through any channel.

Because the product failed to deliver the expected cleansing performance and caused a burning sensation on my skin, I am requesting that the products be accepted for return and that a refund be issued. I kindly ask to be contacted regarding this matter.
