Unable to Join BR and EC Ranked Matches in Garena Free Fire After Update

I’ve been playing Garena Free Fire for over 4 years, but since the recent update, I can’t join any BR or EC ranked matches. I’m unable to access any matches at all, which is extremely frustrating. I kindly request that this issue be addressed immediately by the Garena team. It’s disappointing to be locked out of the game after being a dedicated player for so long. Please fix this as soon as possible so I can get back to playing. My game ID is 1637557338. Thank you.
