The error message "There are abnormal activities with your account" appears while playing Garena Free Fire. What's going on?

If you receive a message "There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended", it means your account was found guilty of using a third-party application. Please note that the use of such applications that allows any user to acquire an unfair competitive advantage is strictly prohibited. Such behavior undermines the integrity of the community and ruins the game for everyone.

As such, Free Fire has adopted a zero-tolerance policy, and any account found guilty will be permanently suspended and is final.

While we do have proof, such information is confidential and is not disclosed to prevent players from figuring out workarounds or circumvent our detection methods.

Rest assured that any offending parties are always investigated thoroughly before any ban is applied aside from the regular review of our anti-hack processes to ensure that only accounts guilty of hack/s are rightfully removed from the game.

No appeals will be entertained and apply for banned mobile devices as well. For more information please refer to our Abuse Policy.

Garena team, please help me. My Free Fire account has been suspended. My UID is 2348843954. My account was hacked by my friend without my permission. I had no idea. Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, My Free Fire account was stolen about a month ago. After I managed to recover it, I discovered that the account had been banned due to actions taken by the unauthorized user. I have been playing Free Fire legitimately since 2019 and have never used cheats, modified applications, or any third-party software. I have also made regular in-game purchases and genuinely value this account. I strongly believe the suspension is the result of the hacker’s activities, not my own actions. I can provide purchase records or any other required information if needed. Losing my account due to theft is extremely distressing, and I kindly ask you to carefully review my case. If no violations are found on my part, I respectfully request that the suspension be lifted. Thank you for your time, understanding, and assistance.

After recovering it via [Facebook], I found it banned due to actions by the unauthorized user. I've played legitimately since 2019, never using cheats, and have invested in my account with regular purchases. I believe the ban resulted from the hacker's actions, not mine.
