Dear Garena Free Fire Support Team, On February 13, 2025, I purchased 2,180 diamonds through the in-game system. Howeve...r, the diamonds were never credited to my account, and despite submitting a refund request, there has been no resolution. My money was deducted, yet I did not receive the diamonds,
