On October 29, 2025, at 12:38 PM, I purchased 5,600 diamonds worth ₺1,349.99 (≈ $45 USD) through the Garena Topup Center website using my bank card. However, after completing the transaction, the diamonds were never added to my account, and no refund has been issued either.
My order number is 15640959070748850813. I did not receive any error message or warning during the transaction, and I have not yet contacted customer support.
I request that either the diamonds I paid for be credited to my Free Fire account immediately or that the full payment of ₺1,349.99 be refunded to me without delay.
