Hello, on February 12, 2025, I purchased 5,200 diamonds for my Garena Free Fire account (ID: 10137308795), but they have not been credited to my account. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, and I am incredibly frustrated.
As a regular player who frequently purchases diamonds, I expect my transactions to be processed smoothly. However, my diamonds are still missing, and I have received no resolution despite waiting. I am demanding that my purchased diamonds be immediately credited to my account.
