Garena Free Fire Diamond Purchase Not Credited

Hello, on February 12, 2025, I purchased 5,200 diamonds for my Garena Free Fire account (ID: 10137308795), but they have not been credited to my account. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, and I am incredibly frustrated.

As a regular player who frequently purchases diamonds, I expect my transactions to be processed smoothly. However, my diamonds are still missing, and I have received no resolution despite waiting. I am demanding that my purchased diamonds be immediately credited to my account.

This issue needs to be resolved urgently, and I do not want to experience the same problem again. If this continues, I will have no choice but to stop making purchases and escalate my complaint further. Fix this now!
