Garena Free Fire – Purchased Diamonds Not Credited, No Refund Processed

On February 13, 2025, I purchased 2,180 diamonds through the in-game system. However, the diamonds were never credited to my account, and despite submitting a refund request, there has been no resolution. My money was deducted, yet I did not receive the diamonds, nor was the amount refunded.
I have been a loyal player, and this issue is highly frustrating. I need this resolved immediately—either credit the diamonds to my account or process the refund. Please check my transaction and provide an update as soon as possible.
