I Face Team Ban in Free Fire and Can’t Join Ranked Matches or Squads

Hello Garena, I’m reaching out because I’m dealing with a serious issue that I simply don’t know how to fix. Every time I try to play a ranked match—whether it's in BR (Battle Royale), EC (Clash Squad), or any other ranked mode—I get blocked from entering. Even when I try to join a friend’s team or spectate their match, the game refuses to let me in and displays the same frustrating message: “This team has not yet been reviewed and may be dangerous for you.”

I don’t understand what this warning means or what triggered it. I haven’t done anything against the rules, and I just want to play the game like everyone else. I’ve tried multiple times, on different days, but the problem still hasn’t gone away. I’m locked out of ranked gameplay and can’t enjoy the competitive aspect of Free Fire.

This needs to be looked into immediately. Please review my account and remove this unjustified restriction so I can return to regular gameplay. I’ve been a loyal player for years and now I feel completely sidelined for no reason. I urgently need support to fix this.
