Garena Penalized Me for Toxic Behavior Without Valid Proof

I received a message stating that after reviewing my actions during the match on 15.12.2024, Garena’s system confirmed "toxic behavior" and reduced my honor score by -6. Additionally, I was given a two-day voice chat ban. My honor score dropped because of this complaint, which I find unfair and unsubstantiated.

For the past three days, I’ve been reported for "toxic behavior" and "cheating," preventing me from properly playing the ranked Team Fight mode. Garena needs to take this issue seriously and thoroughly investigate the complaints rather than applying penalties without proper evidence.

I request that Garena review this matter fairly, remove the penalties, and ensure that such baseless reports don’t harm players’ gaming experience in the future.
