My Garena Free Fire account has been repeatedly chat banned without any valid reason. Initially, I was told the ban would be lifted in three days, but after waiting, I was banned again for another three days—and then a third time! I haven't violated any rules, yet this unfair cycle continues.

This issue is seriously affecting my gameplay. Since I can’t use voice chat, my teammates keep kicking me out of matches, making it impossible to play properly. I need this issue resolved immediately!

Garena, please fix this problem and remove the chat ban from my account as soon as possible. My ID: 7527710461. I expect urgent action on this!
