Free Fire Honor Score Dropped Due to Connection Issue
On November 18, 2025, my internet connection suddenly dropped while I was playing Garena Free Fire, causing my account to appear AFK in the match. As a result, my honor score fell to minus 8. After this happened, I have been unable to join any groups, send requests, or play normally, as if my account is restricted. Even though I raised my honor score again, the issue with joining groups is still ongoing.
As a player who has invested a lot of time and effort into this game, I cannot accept that all my progress is disregarded so easily because of a single connection issue. I request a detailed review of my account, correction of my honor score—which I believe was unfairly lowered—and that my account be restored to full functionality so I can join groups and play normally again. Additionally, I kindly request that a clear and accessible communication channel be provided for situations like this, and that players not be penalized so severely for simple connection problems.
