I Face Unfair Voice Chat Ban on Free Fire Despite No Offensive Language

While playing a ranked match on Free Fire, I received a two-day microphone ban on my account (Player ID: 5759***49) even though my microphone was turned off and I did not use any offensive or insulting language. This is not the first time this has happened — I have previously received a similar penalty without any valid reason.

Because of this unjust voice chat restriction, my ability to communicate with my team has been severely limited, which negatively affects my gameplay experience. I have not yet contacted in-game support or customer service, but I find it extremely unfair to be penalized when I have done nothing wrong.

I am requesting Garena to lift this microphone ban immediately and to review their penalty system to ensure such incorrect punishments do not happen again. I expect a prompt and fair resolution so I can fully enjoy the game without unwarranted restrictions.
