Free Fire Monthly Subscription Paid on Google Play, Diamonds Missing

On November 9, 2025, I purchased a monthly subscription in Garena Free Fire using a Google Play Store limited-use code that I bought from BİM. I paid $7, and in return, I was supposed to receive 2,600 diamonds, delivered to my account in installments. The payment shows as successful on Google Play, but the diamonds were never added to my account. I still have the code, and I did not receive any error messages during the transaction. This is the first time I’ve experienced this issue, and I have not contacted customer support yet.

My ID number is 10982253165.

I request that the diamonds I paid for be credited to my account as soon as possible.
