I Got a Lien on My Bank Overdraft Despite No Legal Case

Despite not having any open, active, or processed legal case on any platform that I, as a citizen, can track, a lien has been placed on my Garanti Bank overdraft account. I regularly check all relevant government and legal platforms and have confirmed that there is no legal proceeding against me. Neither the 444 0 333 call center nor the branch has provided a solution. I have also submitted a written complaint, but no one has followed up or contacted me. I am being victimized by the enforcement of a debt that does not exist.
