Garanti BBVA Is Holding My Transfer and Ignoring My Urgent Requests

The transfer from Kazakhstan was sent, but it never reached my account. I contacted both Garanti BBVA online banking and the İskenderun branch, but they kept stalling. I called the branch again and emphasized that it was urgent, and they told me a portfolio officer would call me back, but no one ever did. The bank is holding onto the money and using it for their own benefit. Shame on them. They are deliberately delaying the transfer, profiting from it, and ignoring our calls. Despite repeatedly stating that this is urgent, they refuse to resolve the issue. No one seems to care whether people are left in a difficult situation. I am fully committed to pursuing this complaint and will take legal action if necessary.

I’m experiencing the same issue right now. I’m in Kazakhstan and transferred money to my account at Garanti Bank, but it’s been 5 days and the money still hasn’t arrived. We’re still waiting, and there’s no one we can reach out to for help.
