Garanti Bank Wrongly Shows Credit Card Debt and Legal Case in My Findeks Report

Although I don't have a credit card from Garanti Bank, my Findeks report has been showing a credit card debt and legal proceedings against Garanti Bank for approximately eight months. I contacted the branch to resolve this situation, but I haven't received a response and haven't been offered any explanation or solution. I also have the customer number associated with the debt. I request that this inaccurate record, which negatively impacts my credit score and financial standing, be deleted from my Findeks report immediately.
