I Deposited Money at Garanti ATM but Part of It Went Missing

On May 7, 2025, I deposited money at the Florya Garanti Branch ATM. Due to a certain limit, I had to complete the deposit in two separate transactions. I completed the first transaction and then pressed the 'add money' option, after which the ATM took in the cash I inserted. The second deposit was reflected in my Garanti Mobile account, but I have no idea what happened to the money from the first deposit. I filed a complaint, but 14 days have passed and my issue still hasn’t been resolved.
