Garanti Bank ATM Did Not Credit My Deposit to My Account

On August 24, 2025, I attempted to deposit money using a QR code at the Kanarya ATM. While part of the money was credited to my account, ₺4,400 was taken by the ATM but not deposited into my account. No receipt was issued during the transaction. I immediately reported the issue to Garanti Bank customer service, but I was only told that it would be “reviewed within four days” and that I should wait, without being offered any other solution or assistance. However, I urgently need this money and request that my grievance be resolved quickly. I demand that the missing ₺4,400 be returned to my account without delay.
