I deposited money at the Garanti BBVA Denizli industrial branch on 21.09.2024. The money I deposited via the ATM was swallowed by the ATM. I was told that an investigation would be conducted within 7 days and the money would be credited to my account. It's been almost a month, and my money still hasn't been deposited. I call customer service, but there is no response. I tried to deposit a total of 4,600 TL, but the money still hasn't been credited to my account. Please take care of this matter and, instead of brushing me off when I call customer service, do your job and deposit my money. I request that the necessary actions be taken. It's very disappointing that such a large company doesn't even address a small ATM issue. Please take the necessary actions now.
