Garanti BBVA ATM Took My Money and Still Hasn’t Refunded It After 15 Days

I used the ATM to make a deposit at the Garanti BBVA Denizli Sanayi store on September 21, 2024, but the machine took my money without finishing the transaction. I was told that the problem would be fixed and the money would be sent to my account in 7 days. But it's been 15 days and the money is still not in my account. I've called customer service more than once, but they haven't answered or given me any new information. There are big problems for me because of this delay: I have bills to pay and debts that are now past due. I'm having a tough time and need this fixed right away. I'm expecting Garanti BBVA to fix this mistake right away and give me my money back.

I deposited money at the Garanti BBVA Denizli industrial branch on 21.09.2024. The money I deposited via the ATM was swallowed by the ATM. I was told that an investigation would be conducted within 7 days and the money would be credited to my account. It's been almost a month, and my money still hasn't been deposited. I call customer service, but there is no response. I tried to deposit a total of 4,600 TL, but the money still hasn't been credited to my account. Please take care of this matter and, instead of brushing me off when I call customer service, do your job and deposit my money. I request that the necessary actions be taken. It's very disappointing that such a large company doesn't even address a small ATM issue. Please take the necessary actions now.
