Garanti BBVA Customer System Login and Help Is the Worst!!

The customer service I received from Garanti Bank was absolutely terrible, been an absolute nightmare attempting to get in touch with their customer service department for the past few weeks. even contacting their customer service has been a tremendous challenge for me. There is no clear way to navigate their website, and I have been passed around from department to department without ever getting anywhere. After I do manage to reach a representative, they ask me a plethora of questions designed to elicit sensitive information, such as account numbers and passwords. takes a lot of time because it seems like they're intentionally making things hard. The representatives continue to appear bewildered by my problem, even after I supply all the necessary details. the information they offer via their website and customer service agents is frequently vague, confusing, and poorly worded. a well-established bank of this size must offer better!!
