Garanti BBVA Issued Cards Without My Consent and Failed to Resolve Unauthorized Use

I am a customer of Garanti Bank, and I recently found out that a virtual credit card, a supplementary card, and a primary card were issued in my name without my knowledge or consent. Unauthorised transactions amounting to ₺20,000 were carried out using these cards. I reached out to the bank right away and let them know that those charges weren't mine. Nevertheless, the bank's response indicated that the transactions were processed with a 3D secure code, which I considered to be an unsatisfactory explanation. This situation has been quite frustrating, and despite my attempts to address it, the problem is still not resolved as the investigation continues. I am disappointed by the bank's failure to handle the issue in a timely and efficient manner.
