Garanti BBVA Allowed $350 to Be Withdrawn From My Card Without My Permission

Hello, on 24.11.24, without my permission and consent from my card; $350 was withdrawn. When I saw the messages that my card was debited, I immediately closed the card; It is stated with the images that I was subjected to re-shooting. When I called Garanti BBVA about the transactions made, there was nothing more than closing the card and objecting to the transaction; Transaction cancellation was not performed while it was in provision. I request a refund for transactions not made by me. I am writing here because there are people who have found a solution here, and if a solution is not found, I state that I will take legal action.
