Being a dedicated customer of Garanti Bank for almost ten years, I have always had complete trust in their services. Lately, I received a credit card. I have been using this bank's credit card for years and have never had to pay any annual fees. Surprisingly, following the switch of my salary account, Garanti Bank levied an unexpected ₺583 in credit card fees. I promptly reached out to Garanti Bank customer service, clearly stating that this action was against the law. They said they canceled the fee, but my card's total limit was reduced by ₺583, which put me in the negative. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Garanti Bank's actions of charging me without prior notice, which has resulted in significant financial difficulties for me.
