Being a dedicated customer of Garanti Bank for almost ten years, I have always had complete trust in their services. Lately, I received a credit card. I have been using this bank's credit card for years and have never had to pay any annual fees. Surprisingly, following the switch of my salary account, Garanti Bank levied an unexpected ₺583 in credit card fees. I promptly reached out to Garanti Bank customer service, clearly stating that this action was against the law. They said they canceled the fee, but my card's total limit was reduced by ₺583, which put me in the negative. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Garanti Bank's actions of charging me without prior notice, which has resulted in significant financial difficulties for me. Do you expect to be charged ₺583 in fees without any prior notice on a card with a ₺250 limit? I have faith in your ability to rectify the situation and refund the fee that was deducted unfairly. Good day. I have been working with Garanti Bank as a salary customer for nearly 10 years. I was sent a credit card, and I have been using this bank's credit card for years without paying any card fees. After my salary bank changed, a card fee of 583 TL was charged to the credit card I had been using. I immediately called Garanti Bank customer service and stated that this transaction was illegal. In their response, they said they had canceled the card fee, but they did not. My card's total limit is 250 TL, and a card fee of 583 TL was deducted from me, and they are demanding this money from me. However, I inform you that I will not pay this money under any circumstances. I am complaining about Garanti Bank, which is trying to victimize me by taking a card fee without informing me beforehand. Would you pay a card fee of 583 TL for a credit card with a limit of 250 TL without being informed beforehand? I present the issue to your attention and expect the card fee unjustly deducted from me to be refunded and for the bank officials to apologize to me for the illegal transaction. No bank in the world stoops to taking the people's money under the name of card fees. What Garanti Bank is doing is essentially exploiting the citizens. I hope you resolve this issue as soon as possible.
