I have been experiencing severe wear and peeling on the ear pads of my Gamepower Jin Rainbow 7.1 headset for about the past eight months. I purchased the product online 3–4 years ago and have only used it under normal conditions. It has not been exposed to any impact or liquid damage. Despite this, the ear pads have become unusable—they constantly flake and shed, and the comfort is completely gone.

Overall, I have been satisfied with the headset itself. However, the ear pads deteriorating like this has been very disappointing in terms of quality and has made the product difficult to use. I am requesting that Gamepower assist me with this issue—ideally by replacing the ear pads free of charge or at a reasonable cost. If that is not possible, I would appreciate the option of replacing the headset with a new one.

I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and that I receive a solution-oriented response.
