After using my Gamepower Medusa 7.1 headset a few times, I put it back in its box and stored it. Recently, when I tried to use it again, I found that it was not working at all. I had used the product without any issues until about 1–2 weeks ago, and experiencing such a failure after very limited use has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased the headset online, but since some time has passed, I do not remember which website I bought it from. I paid approximately $43 for this product, and I do not find it acceptable for a headset at this price to stop working after such a short period.

I request that Gamepower conduct the necessary inspection of my Medusa 7.1 headset and provide an appropriate resolution to address the defect and the inconvenience I have experienced.
