I purchased the Anker Soundcore Life Q10 headphones, expecting long-lasting quality. However, just 7.5 months after purchase, the ear pads began peeling and developing cracks. Over time, the damage worsened, with pieces falling apart to the point that the headphones are now unusable in public. I had no choice but to pack them away.

Replacement ear pads are not available for purchase, which is incredibly frustrating. It’s unacceptable for such an expensive product to deteriorate so quickly. I chose this model for its premium price and promise of durability, but it didn’t even last a year. I request Anker to provide replacement ear pads or a solution to this issue immediately. This experience has been deeply disappointing.
